We respect your right to control how your personal information is collected, used, and shared. This page explains the choices available to you and how to exercise them.
1. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We may use third-party analytics services that collect usage data to help us improve our site. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), certain data sharing with these third parties may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
To opt out: Contact us at privacy@nanoknow.org with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and we will process your request within 15 business days.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertisers.
4. Your Rights Under CCPA

Right to Know

Right to Correct

Right to Opt Out of Sharing

Right to Non-Discrimination
Section titled “Right to Non-Discrimination”We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access based on your choices.
5. How to Submit a Request

- Subject line: Include the specific right you are exercising (e.g., “Right to Delete,” “Right to Know”)
Verification
Section titled “Verification”To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling any request. We may ask you to confirm information we already hold or provide additional identifying details.
Authorized Agents
Section titled “Authorized Agents”You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still verify your identity directly.
Response Timeline
Section titled “Response Timeline”We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of an extension of up to 45 additional days.
6. Opt-Out Preferences

- Enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings
- Using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts
